Five Iranian Freestyle wrestlers captured five medals from Ziolkowski tournament.

Reza Afzali (74kg) took silver medal as four Iranians achieved bronze. Seyed Ahmad Mohammadi and Meysam Nasiri won bronze medals at 65kg and both Mohammad Hossein Mohammadian and Mohammad Javad Ebrahimi placed third at 86kg.

During the tournament 65kg team trial was held for the Iran freestyle team and Mohammadi defeated Nasiri twice to represent Iran at 2014 World Championships in 65kg.
